A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. (Comment) Recalculate the total lot coverage shown in the bottom right corner of Sheet A.1. Lot coverage is based on enclosed structures (1,830 sq. ft.) and vehicular use areas (1920 sq. ft.). Together, these equal 3,750 sq. ft. The total lot coverage is approx. 34.47%. (Comment) Please add the site and adjoining properties R-1 zoning to Sheet A.1. (Comment) Please add the Davis Monthan Airforce Base Overlay Zones. These include the AEZ Noise Zone, AE Height Overlay Zone 3, Approach-Departure Corridor 1, Noise Control A District, and the Air Installation Compatible Use Zone. (Comment) Provide the distance from the structures labeled 12, 13, and 14 on the site plan to their respective lot lines.
