A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample plot plan. At least 75% of the area above 6’ in height is left unobstructed and open through the use of architectural elements, such as arches, columns, or wrought iron. 6.
