This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample plot plan. 5. Comment: Fence height provided on the construction plans is 9’6”. Per UDC 6.6.2.I, “the maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be 6’, but no higher than 10’, if: (See figure 6.6.1-A, Height of Wall or Fence within a side or rear perimeter yard.)
