A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Per the Pima County Assessor’s map and the Wilmot Vista ll subdivision plat (Book 49, Page 18, Sequence Number 97006225) the lot dimensions and total square footage are incorrect. The correct information may be found at the following link. https://gis.pima.gov/maps/detail.cfm?&parcel=136237320 . Please correct the lot dimensions. 2. Comment 2 from the Site Zoning Comment Letter was partially addressed. Include and label the 10’ easement along the east and south side of the lot as this lies within the property lines. 3. The site plan shows that the lot contains 5,883.75 sq. ft. The recorded square lot square footage found at the link listed in Comment 1, is 5,866 sq. ft. Please list the correct lot square footage. 4. The pergola and porch(es) are not used to calculate lot coverage per UDC 6.4.3.B.3.and C. Please recalculate lot coverage using all enclosed structures and the 272 sq. ft. drive area. Divide the total of these by the lot size to arrive at the total lot coverage. 5. Add the legal description to the site plan: Wilmot Vista ll Lot 0016 6.
