TC-RES-0625-03068 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 1611 S BURNING TREE AV Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please resubmit your drawing showing the electrical ‘home run’ between the main panel and the equipment. 2. Label all gates on the site plan as ‘SCSL’. 3. Include a cut sheet on the electric heater. 4. Indicate the engineering detail #499 on both the site plan and the construction plans. 5. Remove the construction drawing from the engineering details. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
