TC-RES-0625-03057 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 12836 E TORTOISE POINT DR Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Show and label the electric home run between the main panel and the equipment location 2. The site plan shows a heater, is it natural gas or is it electric? If Natural gas, show and label the run of the pipe including what material it is made up of and indicate the btus on the heater. 3. You will need special engineering for the pool based on how close it is to property wall and the fact that the elevation behind the wall slopes. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
