COMMENTS:
1. Metal structures require an engineer’s seal, signed and stamped. Contact your supplier. Most pre engineered structures will be able to supply you with sealed/stamped drawings.
2. Please provide greater detail beyond the mfg guide, regarding rebar sizing and layout for the footings, as well as the size/type of hardware being used to anchor the structure to the footings. Note: the mfg/engineer may also be able to supply this.
3. Please resubmit.

This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. This required plot plan shall show the entire parcel and all structures that are on site.
