This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The following comments were not addressed in full.

1. Comment: Label the Zone (RX-1) and all adjacent zones on the site plane. Or show a zoning detail of this properties zone and all adjacent property zones. (As noted on the sample plot plan below)

Aerial views of this property show a detached structure in the rear center of the yard. All structures shall be drawn, labeled, and dimensioned on the plot plan and included in the lot coverage calculation. If this structure is no longer there, please indicate the structure has been removed from the site.
