In order to use the Owner Builder Affidavit (OBA), the owner of the property must have a TDC Online account and be listed on the permit as the Owner. To be added as the permit, the owner must contact Building_Official@tucsonaz.gov requesting to be added to the permit. If the owner has recently acquired the property, please submit documents with your request stating the ownership of the property has been transferred to the new owner.
