This site is located in PAD 15. A single-family residential subdivision “The Pearl at the Bridges” is a permitted use in this zone.

1. Comment: The submitted retaining wall document is incomplete and submitted under the wrong permit type. Please reapply under a commercial wall permit. The submitted documents should clearly describe retaining wall locations and heights for each lot or stretch of lots.
2. Comment: Please specify on the new submittal if these walls are only site perimeter retaining walls, interior perimeter retaining walls, or both. The scope of the wall construction should align with the approved development package.
3. Comment: Per note 16 on 11 of 14 of the tentative plat, “new retaining wall per separate plan and permit”. Please submit these construction documents when you submit for your commercial wall permit.
