Based on the La Cima Esplendora Lots 1 -57 final plat found at: https://gis.pima.gov/maps/subdiv/select.cfm?bkpg=63065&seqnum=20080910305, there is a 15’ Public Utility Easement that runs along the south side of this parcel. Clearly show this easement on the plan. If the proposed pool is located within the easement provide written approval from all utilities that have rights to this easement with the next submittal.
