To proceed to the next step. please provide a historic response letter that shows how the following PRS conditions from 1/23/2025 review are addressed: -All existing windows and garage doors shall be accurately shown on the plans. -The size of the new windows shall be corrected to match that of the existing adjacent windows. -A construction joint shall be placed between the new and existing stucco finishes to demarcate the boundary between new and existing construction. In your response letter indicate the plan sheet or key not # that addresses each of the conditions. For example the existing windows are shown on plan sheet XXX or key noted # XX on sheet XX. This applies to all conditions. Please resubmit a revised Design Package in a single compressed pdf file under the historic sub record [Sd-0624-00060]. Separate sheet submittal is not acceptable. I have opened the css to allow you to upload. Please note, with the an approval decision notice will not be issued. Let me know when you RESUBMIT the requested materials as specified.
