This letter reflects comments to be addressed. To facilitate a shorter back-check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, clouding any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating the action taken. The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. Deferred Submittals: pre-engineered wood trusses. Special Inspections: Earthwork, post-installed anchors, and post-tension ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS General 1. The City will not accept plans that contain approval stamps. Further, all the “stamped” plan sets are for permit TC-RES-0624-03517, even though the permit they are submitted under is not the same permit number. Please remove all plans with approval stamps from all future submittals. {The City rejects submittals that contain approval stamps when discovered at intake before they get to the plan reviewers. In this instance, the City missed the discovery.} 2. Please revise the index of drawings on Sheets G0.0, and the index of drawings found in the title block of all “existing unchanged and to remain” sheets. 3. The original and revised plans (and Geotechnical Report Addendum #2) all reference the property address as 839 E. Minorka, however the letter provided that describes the submitted revisions lists the address as 838 E. Minorka. Please coordinate. 4. Provide a note on Sheet G0.0 that special inspection is required for post-tension. Also, provide City of Tucson special inspection certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed. Make sure that the owner or their legal representative signs the form. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS There are no comments. MECHANICAL COMMENTS There are no comments. PLUMBING COMMENTS There are no comments.
