TC-RES-0624-03490 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 1125 E FORT LOWELL RD/113-04-345A Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Remove the pool shown at 1115 E Fort Lowell Rd on the site plan. That address is actually not on this parcel. That address is located on Parcel# 11304345B. 2. Show dimensions between the pool and the property lines, not just the wall, on the site plan. 3. Show dimension between water’s edge and structure on the site plan. 4. Show home run between new 150 Amp panel and main panel on the site plan. 5. Depth profile on Layout Plan doesn’t match. Show Bench in deep end. May need revision based on new slope. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.
