This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan. See https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf for reference. 2. Comment: Upon viewing aerial photography, we could not verify the correct location of the East property line as referenced on your site plan. Please draw, label, and dimension any perimeter walls located on the property. The 18’ setback on your plans appears to be greater than the setback from the house to the perimeter wall, please clarify. 3. Comment: Please update your lot coverage calculations as the covered patio/porch is not a required calculation to include for lot coverage.
