Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. G2401.1, R301.1: Include pipe size, type (Black Iron, Poly) and length. >>> Missing pipe type for each segment. 2. Modifications to the gas line require that the existing system be enlarged to meet the total demand based on the new length and demand, or a new dedicated line is required for the additional attached loads, G2412.3, G2412.4. 3. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max total Branch demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe), Table G2413.4(7) (Polyethylene Plastic Pipe). Note: The length is measured from the meter to the furthest attached appliance for all sizing, G2413.4.1. 4.
