1. A trade permit can only cover the Service Panel upgrade. You will need to file a separate DEMO permit for the three structures to be demolished.
2. Resubmit a site plan with the structure demolition removed from the scope of work.
3. NOTE: Prerequisite to Approvals: IBC Amendment Section 3303.1.1: At least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of demolition, the applicant shall provide notice to the adjacent property owners of the proposed demolition. Confirmation of the notice may be submitted with the application.
