1.COMMENT: The minimum required front street perimeter yard is 20 feet measured from the street property line .Proposed setback is 14’-4”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback,

(Lot coverage must include vehicular use area whether improved or unimproved) . Lot coverage does not include porches, UDC Article 6.4.3.C.1.a but does include vehicle use area measured within the outside edges of any area allocated to vehicle use, whether improved or unimproved.
