Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received.

1. All Right of Way work requires a separate ROW permit in addition to this permit. You need to also file for a separate Right of Way permit.
2. Notate and specify all piping materials and sizes, P2608. Show Sewer line connections from building drain/building sewer connections all the way to the County sewer system.
3. Show tracer wire (#18 gauge minimum) from the cleanout at the building drain/building sewer connection run with the piping to the sewer tap, Pima County 0112.
4. Show a two-way cleanout at the building exterior, one-way cleanout at 100’ intervals and at change of direction exceeding 45 degrees, P3005.2.
5. Show all extension lines for future use with a permanent cap or plug, P3005.1.5.
6. All new sewer connections to Pima County system require a separate permit/activity-number from Pima County. Pima County Wastewater 520 724-6609 controls the tap point. https://www.pima.gov/government/wastewaterreclamation/. Provide Pima County permit/activity documentation.
7. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as required.

Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor.
