This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Notate on the plans the full scope of work to include the new water heater. 2. Note and specify all piping materials and sizes, P2609. Show connection, lengths and sizes, from gas meter to all gas appliances. 3. Use G2413.4.1 Longest length method: Length is from Meter to the furthest connected appliance. Use this same length to determine all pipe sizes. 4. Use Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe) to calculate correct required pipe sizes.
