This site is located in the SH zone (UDC 4.7.5). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf. 2. Per Wilmot Farms final plat General Note 13 clearly demonstrate on the plot plan that the 7% lot impervious surface coverage is not exceeded. This shall include all structures, storage containers, and concrete pads or paved areas. 3. The porch shown on the plan does not match current aerial photos, you show the porch running the entire length of the rear of the house and aerials don’t.
