COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT: As the storage container was never permitted please include in scope of work. Provide permit documentation for the Ramada if no permit area available provide the height that way zoning can verify the setbacks.

2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new carport structure measured from design grade to top of wall.

3.COMMENT: The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). Based on a wall height of 11’-6” the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed carport structure to the north property line is 7’-9”, the proposed setback is 6’-0”. Based on a wall height of 11-6” the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed carport structure to the west property line is 7’-9”, the proposed setback is 3’-2”.A Design Development Option (DDO) will need to be processed and approved to reduce the setback.
