This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

1. COMMENT: The proposed wall is located on a property that fronts a City of Tucson designated Major Street and Route.

The proposed right-of-way width of Country Club is 100 feet. A structure will not be permitted within the future half right-of-way.

2. COMMENT: Provide a dimension from the center of the right-of-way on Country Club to the property line to ensure the proposed wall meets the above requirement.
