Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). The following items were not addressed. SITE PLAN: 1. Each dwelling requires a separate address or unit number, R319. Contact Pima County to apply for and receive a recognized address designation for the new dwelling unit. Contact Nicholas with Pima County for additional information regarding Addressing: nicholas.jordan@pima.gov 2. Show all utility connections to the new dwelling, including sewer/wastewater/septic, water, gas, electric, etc. R106.1. Electrical: 5. Show a Riser Diagram providing a service disconnect for each dwelling without service disruption of the other dwelling, NEC 225.30 and E3403. 6. Provide a readily accessible Service Disconnect for each dwelling unit, E3601.6.2 that disconnects all service with not more than six switches, E3601.7.
