SITE PLAN:

1. Each dwelling requires a separate address or unit number, R319. Contact Pima County to apply for and receive a recognized address designation for the new dwelling unit.

3. Indicate the location and size of all buildings, utility meters and utility lines supporting the alterations, R106.1.1. Show the utility lines requiring upgrade or replacement.
4. Each dwelling unit requires separate utility connections, without crossing property lines. Show all utility connections to the new dwelling, including sewer/wastewater/septic, water, gas, electric, etc. R106.1.

Electrical:
5. Show a Riser Diagram providing a service disconnect for each dwelling without service disruption of the other dwelling, NEC 225.30 and E3403.
6. Provide a readily accessible Service Disconnect for each dwelling unit, E3601.6.2 that disconnects all service with not more than six switches, E3601.7.
