This comment is still applicable. 1.COMMENT: Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plot plan shall clearly show the center line of Palmdale, curb along the north side of Palmdale and a dimension from the center line of Palmdale to the face of curb, where pavement meets the curb and from face of curb to the south property line of this proposed site. The distance from center line of Palmdale to the curb is 18’-0” and from curb to the property line is 12’-0”. 2.COMMENT:. Based on current aerial photos there is an unpermitted porch structure located on the south portion of the site, Provide permit documentation. If no permit are available include in scope of work.
