Palmdale St. – R-2 Site Wall (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: June 27, 2023 Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single family residence is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plot plan shall clearly show the center line of Palmdale, curb along the north side of Palmdale and a dimension from the center line of Palmdale to the face of curb, where pavement meets the curb and from face of curb to the south property line of this proposed site. The distance from center line of Palmdale to the curb is 18’-0” and from curb to the property line is 12’-0”. 2. Based on aerial photos there is a commercial business being run out of this single family residence. Provide approved permit documents for this business with the next submittal.
