Based on approved TC-RES-0623-05920, three total dwelling units are proposed for the site. Multifamily development consists of three or more dwelling units on an integrated site or single lot (UDC 11.3.7.A.3). Multifamily development is also considered a nonresidential use (UDC 6.3.3.C). As a change of use from residential to nonresidential is proposed, a development package in accordance with Administrative Manual 2-06 is required for the proposal. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type "Development Package." TC-RES-0623-05922 shall not be approved by Zoning until the associated development package is approved by all reviewers.
