This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), International Building Code (IBC). SITE PLAN: 1. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines, IRC R106.1.1. Show all utility lines, meters, service panels, etc. 2. Provide both height and width measurements of the new storage tank on the plans, IRC R106.1.1. 3. Note on the site plans that the system shall be installed per IPC 1301.9 Nonpotable water storage tanks. Foundation Plans: 4. Provide the storage tank manufacturer’s foundation plan/recommendations, showing a system capable of supporting the total weight of the water storage tank when completely full, IPC 1301.9.3 Foundation and supports. 5. The water storage foundation system shall be installed to maintain the integrity of the existing structure’s foundation, IBC 1803.5.7 Excavation near foundations.
