This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Each dwelling shall be supplied by a single service, E3601.2. 2. Each dwelling requires a readily accessible means of disconnect from the service equipment, E3601.6. 3. Provide a panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description, E3404.13 & E3706.2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2. 4. Provide separation of all circuits for each dwelling unit, E3601.3. Conductors may not pass through another dwelling unit. 5. Show the location of the service disconnect outside of the building or inside nearest the point of entrance where each occupant has ready access, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 6. Show the location of all electrical panels on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 7. Show the location of the existing panels on the Electrical Plan and indicate if they will be used as a junction point for existing circuits or a sub-panel with new feeder conductors, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 8. Provide a readily accessible Service Disconnect for each dwelling unit, E3601.6.2 that disconnects all service with not more than six switches, E3601.7.
