Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Permit application plan set unclear - For resubmission, please provide:
a. A site plan for review. Tt must include the following: the scale used must be clearly labeled; all existing structures on the site, shown with their length and width dimensions; all vehicular use areas; building setbacks measured from each structure wall to the adjacent property line; all property line dimensions; any adjacent streets; and all existing fences, walls, or similar barriers.
b. Ensure to provide square footage associated with all structures that exist on the property with all associated setbacks denoted.
2. In accordance with the final plat for COTTONWOOD ESTATES – Ensure to delineate both the:
a. Drainage Easement that exists along the Western – Northwestern property boundaries
b. The Required building setback shown along the Western – Northwestern property boundaries
3. As referenced in Comment #2 – Ensure that no objects are shown or proposed within the easement nor the building setback. If existing items are existing, it will be necessary to have those items removed from referenced easements and setbacks.

1. Comment: Site Zoning is unable to conduct a complete review with the plans submitted. Please submit a site plan that meets the minimum requirements, including but not limited to: drawing and labeling the entire property, showing the location of the proposed carport, providing elevations for the proposed carport, and identifying whether the carport is attached or detached. Here is a sample site plan for your reference/as a checklist:
