A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9 & .12 RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) Comment 1 from the previous review was not fully addressed. The site plan provided is not sufficient. Please provide a site plan that meets the site plan requirements found at the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples The site plan must be drawn to-scale. Other requirements that need to be shown include but are not limited to: a. Zoning classification of the property, which is R-1. b. Basic project description. c. Scale of the plan used, and a north arrow. d. All property lines and their dimensions. e. Location of all existing and proposed structure(s) (including buildings, sheds, shade structures, pools, walls, and fences) on the site and vehicular use areas. Label their uses and whether they're existing or proposed. f. Setback measurements. g. Adjacent streets (including the street names) and alleyways. h. Square footage of the parcel. i. Total square footage of all enclosed structures. j.
