Please add or correct the following details to the site plan (construction diagram): Show the entirety of the property and include property dimensions, which are 263.5’ (S) by 150’ (E), per Assessors Record Map, available here: https://www.asr.pima.gov/ParcelData/Map/Arm/MP07/07075.pdf Add lot coverage calculations. Include a table or list of the property area (approx. 36,718 SF per Pima GIS), existing primary structure (house), all existing sheds/accessory structures, existing vehicular use area(s) such as driveways and parking spaces, and proposed carport. Include a total lot coverage percentage. Please label all structures/uses on the site plan.
