RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. This project lies within the Jefferson Park Historic District and requires a Neighborhood Preservation Zone Design Review. Thus, approval for SD-0526-00080 must be obtained for prior to Residential Zoning approval. 2. Once SD-0526-00080 has been approved, please upload the decision letter with the resubmittal packet for TC-RES-0526-02707 and include a response letter to all comments. 3.
