RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The shade structure encroaches into the east 5’ side setback. Obtain a neighbor waiver from the owner at 2137 S Avenida Del Sol. The waiver will read similar to the following and needs to be applied directly to the site plan: My Name is _______ and I am the owner of the property located at ______________. I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed ___feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan.
