For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Residential Engineering Review Comments:
1. A floodplain use (FPU) permit has been created for this fence/wall permit, TE-FPU-0526-00193. The lot exists in The Reyes Wash and as a part of final plat requirements a floodplain use (FPU) permit is needed for all building permits.
2. Follow instructions on floodplain requirements for the FPU permit (TE-FPU-0526-00193).

Resubmittal requirements for this permit (TC-RES-0526-02487):
3. Include comment response letter with resubmittal.
4. Update the site plan to include both 100-year floodplain and erosion hazard setback limits. Link to the final plat for Monument Estates: https://onbase.pima.gov/publicaccess/DS_NextGen_Single/etc/cq/results.html?cqid=240&OBKey__552_1=53029 >> See sheet 2 and sheet 4 for more information on requirements.
5. Building permit can’t be approved until floodplain use permit is processed.
