A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The plans provided do not include a site plan and include other projects. Please submit a site plan on one sheet that meets the requirements show in either the Basic plot plan if the shed is under 400 sf with no utilities, and a Full site plan otherwise, shown in the examples at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples . Please make sure the project scope is explained clearly on the site plan. 2.
