For assistance, please contact Pima County at 520.724.9900 or apply online at https://permits.pima.gov/ 2) The property address needs to be updated to include Unit 2. Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to update the address. After the address has been updated by Pima County, please submit a sub-records request to update the address on the permit. Instructions to submit a sub-records request: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/sub-records.pdf 3) A separate demo permit is required for demo of the existing building located in the fire separation distance. You may apply for this through your TDC Online account. The demo permit will need to be issued prior to issuance of this permit. 4) One of the following is required: a) A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work, OR b) A completed and signed Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA). The Contractor and/or Owner must be correctly identified on the permit, and each must have a TDC Online account in order to be added as a contact.
