COMMENT: Be aware that during Site Zoning review of this permit, it was found that unpermitted work may have occurred on this site in 2016 and 2019 in the form of four shade sails being added to the west side yard and rear back yard. Zoning could not find any permit for any of these shade sails. Since the interior electrical re-wire is not associated with the unpermitted structures, this will not prevent Site Zoning from approving this permit. That said, future work on the site may be delayed until this unpermitted work is addressed. You may submit a separate “Residential Addition/Alteration” or “Residential Fence/Wall” permit to address this work. Approval of this permit is only for the interior electrical rewire and does not constitute a Site Zoning approval of the entire site.
