Include any certifications to ensure that the EVSE is UL listed E404.14.1 2) EV charger must be GFCI-capable, alternatively provide a means of GFCI protection (including GFCI Overcurrent Protection Devices) 625.54 3) Sub Panel where the EVSE will be connected is not permitted. This can be included on this permit if all the required information is included. Provide the conductor gauges, conduit size & fill, busbar/service panel rating along with all loads supplied by the subpanel. Sub panel must adequately supply the EVSE along with all other loads. Provide a load calculation including all loads. 4) Site plan does not show location of installation will be protected from impact.
