This site is located within the R-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. The site plan is incomplete. Comment 1 from the 5/14/2026 Site Planning review was not followed. Until a site plan is submitted, the permit will not be issued. Please submit a site plan on one sheet that meets the requirements show in in the Basic plot plan shown at example at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples .

For in-person assistance, a planner is available to answer questions Monday through Thursdays from 8:00am to 12:pm on the first floor of the Public Works building at 120 N Stone Av.

You may also schedule an appointment with me as I am in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, or I can provide guidance over the phone Wednesdays through Fridays, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We can also email. Before you resubmit, I can look over your site plan to ensure it meets the requirements.

Thank you for clarifying that the fence is not within the easement.
