Residential Engineering Comments:
1. The constructed fence appears to be in the TEP easement, and would require TEP approval to extend into the easement. Either include a statement from TEP or move fence out of the 6’ easement.
2. As a reference, the paving plan (https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-81-069 >> [I-81-069_001.TIF], [I-81-069_004.TIF] & [I-81-069_011.TIF]) shows that the property line starts 1’ from the sidewalk.
3. For resubmission, please include a site plan with the fence length, location, and distance from property line.

This site is located within the R-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. Please submit a site plan on one sheet that meets the requirements show in in the Basic plot plan shown at example at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples . Much of the information is shared in this packet, but it needs to be on one sheet.
