Revise the site plan to demonstrate compliance with IRC Section R330.8, Protection from Impact. Verify the proposed location and installation height of the ESS if relocated. If the ESS remains within the driveway, provide details demonstrating compliance with one of the protection methods permitted by Section R330.8.3. 2) The site plan does not demonstrate that the proposed service equipment is protected from vehicular impact. Revise the site plan to identify the service panel location and provide details showing compliance with IRC Section E3404.10 and 110.27(B), as applicable. 3) Provide the size and ampacity/rating of the grounded (neutral) conductor and the size of the equipment grounding conductor for the following raceways: - Service panel to meter disconnect (MID) - All raceways supplying subpanels - EV charger circuit (if a grounded conductor is not installed, indicate "No Neutral Required.") - ESS to inverter raceway (if a grounded conductor or equipment grounding conductor is not installed, indicate "No Neutral/Ground Required") 4) The relocated EVSE shall comply with 625.54. Demonstrate that the EV charger is listed as providing integral personnel ground-fault protection, or provide an approved means of GFCI protection, including a GFCI circuit breaker or other listed method. If the EVSE is being relocated to a new branch circuit, demonstrate that the required GFCI protection is maintained. 5) The plans do not identify the proposed interconnection method at the service equipment. Correct the plans to clearly indicate whether the interconnection is made by circuit breaker, supply-side connection, or listed terminal/lug assembly to demonstrate compliance with 705.12(B)(3), as applicable. Provide the permanent field marking required by NEC 2023 Section 705.12(B)(3). TOTAL RATING OF ALL OVERCURRENT DEVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMPACITY OF THE BUSBAR." 6) Provide construction details demonstrating that the proposed pedestal or support structure for the electrical equipment is designed to resist applicable wind and seismic loads. Include dimensions, height, structural components, basic anchorage details, and required working clearances. Demonstrate compliance with the applicable provisions of the 2024 IBC Sections 1604, 1607, and 1609, and 110.13(A). Installation shall comply with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications. Final interconnection configuration and utility requirements shall be verified with the serving utility prior to installation.
