A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please submit a response letter addressing all staff comments. Only Building comments were addressed in the response letter submitted with the revised plans. 2. Provide a floor plan for the entire residence. Comments 1 from the 5/08/2026 zoning review referenced a floor plan showing all bedrooms in relation to required parking. 3. Dimension and provide the vehicle use area square footage in the total lot coverage calculations. This was discussed in Comment 2 of the 5/08/26 zoning review. 4. Provide a setback table. This was discussed in Comment 4 of the zoning review from 5/08/2026. The front setback along E. Hampton St.is 20’, the rear against the alley is 5’ and the side street setback along Freemont Av is 10’. 5. Provide location of utilities. 6. List the owners on the site plan. 7. Provide a Scope of Work or Project Description.
