This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. The plot plan shall show all structures that are located on site along with all required information. 2. Based on aerial photos there are numerous structures located in the rear yard area that show up sometime after 2005. Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance documents for these structures. Either provide copies of the approved permit documents of include them in this permit.
