TC-RES- 0525-02639 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 10080 E POWDER HORN PL Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Include the dimensions between the pool and the spa from the existing 6’ W./I. Fence. 2. Add a note to the plan indicating that the existing W./I. fence is up to code include the barrier requirements for fencing. 3. Indicate if there is a slab for the above ground spa, and if so is that covered by the submitted engineering drawings. 4. Indicate of those are steps going to the above ground spa and if so what are the heights and dimensions of aid steps – you may need a handrail for them based on the rise. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
