Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide an updated Plan and a written response letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response letter addressing the comments below maybe be delayed until the response letter is received. For questions: Building_Official@tucsonaz.gov

1. File submitted is corrupt and could not be opened for plan review, in addition the file is blurry and is not legible. Please resubmit an unsecured PDF and clear template.

2. Clarify the exact scope of work. Highlight which segments were fixed and the extent of the fix being made. Or is this a complete re-pipe of all the gas lines?

3. Note and specify all piping materials (Black Iron, Gas line PEX, etc.), G2412.9.

4. In addition to pipe sizes, be sure to provide pipe lengths for each segment.

5. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max total demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe), Table G2413.4(7) Polyethylene Plastic Pipe. Note: The length is measured from the meter to the furthest attached appliance for all sizing, G2413.4.1.
