The Construction Plan [layout correction_v1.pdf] have previous city stamps that have since been exhausted. We can not accept plans and/or permit documents with the previous city stamps. Please remove all City stamps and upload a new Construction Plan set. Please note, when required to resubmit that ALL documents are to be resubmitted.
