1. (COMMENT) The provided site plan does not provide all required information, including lot lines and dimensions, all structures (including walls) and their dimensions, and additional information. 2. (COMMENT) The Code Enforcement Notice of Violation (NOV) associated with this permit indicates that an existing perimeter was raised in height above 6’. A fence or wall above 6’ requires a Design Development Option (DDO) to allow the additional height.

Show the wall, and indicate its height, on the site plan. If the wall was demolished, or reduced in height, still show it on the site plan and indicate in the comment response letter its status.

3. (COMMENT) Further comments may be forthcoming on submittal of the full site plan.
