A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (COMMENT) Please clearly add the scope of the project for the next review. 2. (COMMENT) The provided site plan still does not provide all required information as requested in Comment 1 of the previous review dated June 13, 2025, including lot lines and dimensions, all structures (including walls) and their dimensions, and additional information. (COMMENT) Please add the site and adjoining properties zoning to the site plan (they are all R-1). 4. (COMMENT). These include the new HVAC system installed on the roof, the new window for the newly converted carport or porch which was formerly a storage or enclosed room.
