This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to:
a. This comment was not fully addressed. Show the curb on the plan and provide a dimension from face of curb to the property line. Provide a dimension from the centerline of Florence St. to the face of curb and from face of curb to the south property line.
b. This comment was not addressed. Based on the Collen Subdivision final plat found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/details/1518, there is a 5’ aerial or overhead easement that runs on this property along the north and west property line. Show this easement on the plot plan.
